Session Time Reminders

Cooling-Off Periods

Need a short break without closing your account? A cooling-off period lets you pause your Kikriya account for a set number of days — 1, 7, 14, or 30 days. During this time you cannot log in, deposit, or place any bets.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need a longer break, Kikriya's self-exclusion tool lets you block access to your account for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will not receive any marketing communications from Kikriya.

Loss Limits

  • Log in to your Kikriya account and navigate to Account Settings.
  • Select the Responsible Gaming tab from the settings menu.
  • Choose the tool you want to use — deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off, or self-exclusion.
  • Set your preferred parameters and confirm. Most restrictions take effect immediately.

Remember: reducing a limit or activating a restriction takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit or removing a restriction requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before it comes into effect — this is intentional, to give you time to reconsider.

Once a self-exclusion is activated on Kikriya, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period. This is by design — it is there to protect you when you need it most.

Protecting Minors

Kikriya operates a strict 18+ policy. We verify the age of all players during the registration and KYC process, and any account found to belong to a minor is closed immediately with all funds returned.

If you share a device with younger family members, Kikriya strongly recommends the following steps to prevent underage access:

  • Always log out of your Kikriya account when you are finished playing, especially on shared devices.
  • Use a strong, unique password that younger family members cannot guess.
  • Enable device-level parental controls to restrict access to gaming websites and apps.
