Kikriya Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

Welcome to Kikriya. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Kikriya ("we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the Kikriya website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services available at kikriya.app.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing any game on the Kikriya platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Kikriya platform.

These Terms apply to all players using Kikriya, including those accessing the platform from Bangladesh. Kikriya operates under a valid gaming licence and is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and responsible gaming environment for all users.

To register and play on Kikriya, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Your Kikriya account is personal to you and must not be shared with or transferred to any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• Kikriya may require identity verification (KYC) at any point, including before processing withdrawals or activating bonuses.
• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure at Kikriya's discretion.

Kikriya supports a range of local payment methods popular among players in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in the currency displayed on the platform at the time of the transaction.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your Kikriya account.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been verified and is registered in your name.
• Before your first withdrawal, Kikriya will require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This typically involves submitting a government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits are displayed in your account dashboard.
• Kikriya reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed.

• Kikriya reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonuses — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or exploiting loopholes — will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts suspended.
• Free bets and free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless otherwise stated.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per IP address.

Kikriya is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Kikriya platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in card games such as Callbreak and Tongits Go.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using Kikriya to process funds obtained through illegal activity.

Kikriya monitors all gameplay and account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Violations will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

Kikriya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including chargebacks or disputed transactions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 7.

If you wish to close your Kikriya account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting the support team. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements remain.

All content on the Kikriya platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, text, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of Kikriya or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Kikriya content without prior written permission.
• The Kikriya name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorisation.
• Any feedback or suggestions you provide to Kikriya may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kikriya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

Kikriya does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. Kikriya will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and communicate planned downtime in advance.

• Kikriya uses your data to manage your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with legal obligations.

• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
